I was actually considering buying one, because yeah it’s the car i need, but it’s not everything I want. now a 1.5T or k20 Fit Si on the other hand...

I’ve been seeing that “undefined” timestamp on my comments recently too. Dunno why it’s doing that, but it’s been turning into a normal timestamp pretty quickly, for me at least .

I’m pretty sure I’ve had this discussion somewhere on Jalopnik before.

But having owned a truck for a year, I’ll just say that cargo capacity is a luxury. In other words, I rarely ‘need’ the truck bed, but I use it far more than I ‘need’ it .

Oh, I’m loving my truck - first time owning one for me as well . Beside being so easy to haul lots of bags of mulch/gravel ( loose if I wanted), b eing able to pick up our new 65" TV the other day (with all 5 of us in the cab) like it was no big deal was great.

I managed to fit a 3 piece sectional (equal to a couch and two love seats) in the back of my crew cab, though it did require a bit of stacking and a lot of tying down. Plus the kids came along in the back seat too.

That saved me $50!  Almost worth the extra $30 a month in gas I was paying when gas was expensive.

AS A SPORTS CAR OWNER I STRONGLY DISAGREE BECUASE IT’S FUN ALL THE TIME AND COMPROMISED IN WAYS THAT DON’T MATTER TO ME WHEREAS A TRUCK YOU DON’T NEED IS JUST FLAT OUT WORSE
